Steve Ogden named General Manager

Imagetek recently named Steve Ogden General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at their National Headquarters in Grimes, Iowa. After several years of rapid growth, the company identified the need for an executive leadership position to foster a higher level of customer service and efficiency in their outsourced imaging, technical support and hardware services areas.

“Steve is uniquely qualified to lead this team,” says Ted Kruzan, CEO and Owner of Imagetek. “Further, we welcome Steve to our Executive Team as we execute our 2009 strategic growth plans.  Steve’s focus on our core products will compliment the rapid growth we are experiencing in our new development initiatives.”

Steve has four years of service as National Sales Manager for Imagetek and will continue his leadership of the sales department in addition to his new responsibilities in operations. With nearly 15 years of experience leading young companies through explosive growth, the Imagetek executive team felt confident that Steve’s appointment was the best choice for the organization’s needs.

“After nearly 5 years of rapid growth, the executive team realized they needed to re-focus on Imagetek’s daily operational goals and customer service,” says Steve. “When the executives approached me with the opportunity I was happy to accept the responsibility and am excited to play such an integral role in the forward progression of the company.”

As both the National Sales Manager and General Manager, Steve will directly manage the activities of the inside and outside sales teams, outsourcing services department, technical support department and hardware services department.
