Inofile provides simplified scanning interface

This capture kiosk can scan to:

  • File
  • email
  • Fax server
  • Printer
  • and the Inofile interface that can be configured to interact with any document management system or database. 

The most recent Inofile product is the integration with Digitech’s PaperVision Enterprise and ImageSilo products as well as Imagetek’s RADIX SaaS document management system.

The simple interface uses touch screens and the scanners built in 101 keyboard to guide an untrained user through the scanning and indexing process.

After scanning a batch via the Inofile interface, each document is indexed and transferred directly from the Inofile iScanner to the document repository where it is made available for immediate retrieval within the PaperVision / ImageSilo / RADIX system.  Inofile services are completely secure and regulatory compliant ... allowing you to bridge the gap between paper and electronic documents, instantly!

The Inofile interface:

A user is prompted to log in to the Inofile interface, then prompted to select the available projects in their designated entity.  After document scanning is complete, the user is presented with the indexing fields for the selected project. Indexing is completed using the scanner’s touch screen and keyboard, and files are available immediately for retrieval.
