Optimize your PaperVision and ImageSilo Experience

Imagetek's professional services department will an end user’s system performance by reviewing the customer’s needs and the design of a project to improve efficiencies in the following areas:

  • Workflow to improve efficiencies
  • Integration with Line of Business systems
  • Records management and compliance
  • Scanning and capture methods

Many clients are not aware of new capabilities of the Digitech software or how to use the more advanced features.  Education and training will improve the end user’s experience and create a more efficient process for input or retrieval.  Other areas for optimization are security and disaster recovery preparation.  Many times these are not set up properly or tested.

Imagetek can perform a health check of a PaperVision / ImageSilo system and report any observations that will improve the end user’s utilization, workflows and security.  This service can be performed for a few hundred dollars and will save an organization thousands of dollars in lost efficiencies, potential loss of data or conversion to a new system due to dissatisfaction.
