Spin-off of Imagetek Innovation Division

It is with great enthusiasm that Imagetek announces the spin-off of the Inofile product to a new company, Osmosyz. This innovative paper capture product will be the focus for Osmosyz, with an initial concentration in the Healthcare market.  Dane Meuler and Therasa Bell will lead the new organization and will focus on delivering the Inofile interface for the Fujitsu 6010 iScanner to distributors and partners.
