Imagetek, Inc. and Informa Software Form Strategic Relationship

Grimes, IA (January, 19, 2010) Imagetek, Inc. announced today their newly formed partnership with Informa Software, a leading provider of Autonomy technology.

Imagetek recognizes the strength of Informa’s sound implementation practices and superior technical support to be the best choice in supporting Imagetek’s existing Teleform and Liquid Office clients. Imagetek will continue to support the document management repositories that are in place at each client with the same commitment to customer satisfaction as there is today.

Imagetek President and CEO Ted Kruzan said that Informa is a natural fit for Imagetek because of the quality of support on both teams. “Imagetek has decided to be extremely focused on the day to day management of the records repository. It will be a great complement for Informa to support the capture systems we have in place with the Autonomy product suite.”
